Hello Friend! My name is Chelsea Allen & I am the founder of Chelsea Allen Art. My work typically incorporates hand-painted watercolour designs of blooming florals, polished digital illustrations and beautifully textured acrylic paintings. You can find my work on the Society6 shop and Etsy shop.

Inspiration for my hand-painted work sparks when listening to music, as it helps set the mood of the painting. It’s a poetic process for myself and I can only hope that shows through. I am currently listening to Billie Eilish, The Sea by Joey Pecoraro, This Was Our House, from the film Breathing by Electric Youth and In My Mind by Dynoro and Gigi D’Agostino. What can I say, it’s a mixed tray of paints for my music tastes and it changes all the time, which keeps the works I create so interesting.

If I could live anywhere, where would it be? New Zealand, travelled there in 2016 and didn’t want to leave 🌿

My future goals: Own a cafe so I can have all the coffee all the time ☕️
