I was born and raised on the west coast of British Columbia, Canada . I've always loved arts and working with my hands. While growing up, I spend hours folding origami, sketching and even dabbled in graphic arts. Unfortunately, I lost the passion when I had to focus on my education and then carving out a successful career in the high tech industry.
In 2006, my husband and I were blessed with our first child. A few months into my maternity leave, I revived one of my long lost passions - origami. I took the time to teach myself how to build a simple website started an online Etsy store. This became a successful origami business for me.
In 2009, we were blessed with their second child. During my second maternity leave, it was a great opportunity to expand into prints and illustrations. Started my focus on our second Etsy shop CindyHoDesigns.etsy.com.
Today, my focus is in arts and design. I've discovered the art of foil printing and cutting vinyl decals and loving the learning process.
