Claire is a self taught artist based in the North West, she enjoys creating art in pencil from beloved pet portraits to what may be in her creative mind. Occasionally you will see Claire work in paint and this is where she will use bright strong colour and touches of Urban Art. Claire always had a love for art as a child and at the age of 15, knowing she wanted to use her creativity, started work in a small florist shop and later attended Reaseheath College, Nantwich where she studied part time whilst training at work, a full and vast career followed as a florist, floral designer, floral artist if you like, from trainee to senior florist then on to manager, her career spanned over 20 years and she worked with other florist all over the North West. As a single parent of one beautiful daughter Claire lives and works from her home in Little Sutton, she stepped away from her floristry career in 2013 after injury left her in the midst of surgeries and recovery. It was during this quiet time of her life she found her love of art once again and picked up her pencils.
