Rhe is the Long Beach-based artist behind Control the Chaos. Her sources of inspiration are a mix of the cultures of the vibrant City of Long Beach, CA., and of Scandinavia and northern Sweden, where she is originally from.

Rhe works with watercolors, acrylics, mixed media, and also creates jewelry. Recently, one of her watercolor paintings was featured on the cover for a single - Rest In Peace - released by LBC punk artist, Sky Lee Vague.
