Crystal Bowden is a poet and mixed media collage artist based outside of Atlanta. Her poetry and artworks touch on themes ranging from identity, mental illness, social justice, politics, motherhood, and our interconnectedness to nature. At the root, she explores how these things impact the lens through which we view the world around us and ourselves. Much of her collage work explores the intersection between the visual arts and language.

Each poem & collage tells a different story through interiority. Her hope in creating is for each person to find their own story buried within the layers.
