Artist Profile: Deborah Ann Krzyzaniak

Deborah has spent most of her life living on the Eastern Coast of the U.S. She has been creating art in watercolor, oils, and pastels for over 20 years. She is a member and former exhibitor in the Charleston Artists Guild. She is a Charleston, South Carolina native. Deborah enjoys water sports, traveling, hiking, snow skiing, and plein air painting. In addition, she is the mother of 2 adult children and 2 poodles. In addition to being an artist, she has dedicated her life to early cancer detection in the field of cytopathology. “As a college student, I picked up a brochure on the field of cytotechnology; the first time I looked through the microscope, I was awe struck by the cells stained with beautiful colors of the rainbow.
