Don Barrett was born into a family filled with composers, conductors, world class musicians and artists. He spent a career working in film and television, as a writer, director and producer. Barrett worked for such prestigious organizations as Dick Clark Productions, The (Johnny) Carson Company and Paramount Pictures. In 1987, he formed Don Barrett Productions, LLC to create documentaries and entertainment programming for television and the then burgeoning home video market. Along the way he made award winning shows in association with organizations as diverse as NASA, the American Medical Association and the National Football League. In 2007, he retired from show business to devote himself to Art and Design. As of this writing, his artworks have been published in 88 countries around the world.
