Donna Rice is an artist who is all about color. She started with water colors when she was very young, then moved on to acrylics and finally tackled oils in her early twenties. She was very fortunate to study briefly under American artist Grace Groupe Pillard who is best known for her large scale public mural works. She recognized a bold style emerging in Donna's work and encouraged her to continue to paint intuitively...Many of Donna's paintings are influenced by her life spent living on a boat and traveling the east coast and the Florida Keys, as well as her present life in the deserts of Arizona...Donna is a featured artist at The Artist Den in Rock Springs Az and shows her work at The Women's Wellness center in Cave Creek AZ
