Emily is a contemporary British artist based in Cornwall. After studying Fine Art for a number of years in London, Emily went onto specialise in Textile Design. The combination of both of these genres is clear in the work she is producing today. Emily enjoys working with colour and texture to create works inspired by her world travels, depicting the places, animals and plants that she encounters. Emily is constantly experimenting and exploring different techniques including pen and ink drawing, lino cut printing, collage and mixed media painting to convey a moment, a feeling or an emotion within her works.
