My name is Val I'm a self-taught visual artist, a wanderer, a diverse personality and lover of all things Life. I've found that integrating the realization of spirituality and the practice of conscious awareness in my daily life is a great contributor to the expansion of my creative mind and ideas. My inspiration comes from any and everything in life that evokes a passionate emotion or resonates within me on some level, and often times my work holds a greater meaning for which I hope can be inspirational to others.
