Peter Melonas is a creative designer and illustrator who is thoroughly versed in all facets of design from conception to final printed or visual piece. Since early childhood, he was tutored on how to put paint to canvas. It was his father who fueled his fascination with all aspects of the Arts. When he reached his adolescent years, one of Peter’s early influences was Thomas P. Gill, an American comic book artist, best known for his nearly 11-year run drawings of The Lone Ranger. Peter does still prefer the very much loved labor of the pen stroke, the use of dark and light for creating the illusion of depth on the flat surface of the paper and the following satisfaction upon completion. Wham! Bam! Pow! Along the way, he has built upon the visual language comic's artists have been developing for more than a century.
