Through spiritual and shamanic practices, I’ve become inspired to perceive beyond the world of appearances to reveal the energetic essence in all forms. With new eyes, I see that the most ordinary objects shimmer with vitality, solid objects appear translucent, and colors glow with vibrancy and feeling. There is magic in the mundane. This has made me impassioned to paint the play of light and color around and within objects to express their auric essence as well as the beauty of their outer forms.

My mixed-media art is an amalgam of color pencil, watercolor, and photoshop–– the ultimate analog media meets the ultimate digital. They are printed with archival inks on the finest acid-free watercolor paper. Keep the work away from water and direct sunlight, and they’ll remain vibrant for many, many years.
