Gareth Browning lives with his family in Cockermouth in North West Cumbria and works as a Forester looking after the forests and valleys of North and West Cumbria. Gareth has been interested in photography for over twenty years but only since the development of digital photography has this hobby found a new surge of creativity and interest as Gareth has explored the boundary between photo and painting.

Gareth's art work explores the boundary between photo and painting through the use of digital media to blur photographic images so that they have the qualities of both photography and painting.
