My name is Cristina Barroca and I’m a graphic designer and an illustrator, living in Paris. I work for print, publicity and web for a long time and I have developed projects in Surface Design. I'm especially fond of textile design, like upholstery or rug design. I create geometric and abstract designs as well as natural shapes and I am very attentive to trends and specially to color. My art is bold and the colors are vibrant. Outdoor sports are part of my leisure activities. I also like to photograph and gather wild plants that inspire my art. Whenever I have some time free, I go around to photograph, draw, paint or just pick up whatever inspires me.
