From the age of 6 Hui Hue knew all she wanted was to be an artist. After being told by her father that this was never going to be a possibility and suffering from an abusive childhood Hui found herself in a state of no direction, destruction and far from her dreams throughout her early life.

After her being recognised and encouraged by her art teacher at school Hui went on to study at the world renowned Charles H Cecil academy in Florence, Italy for 3 and half years. Her training led her to becoming a portrait painter in London.

However, Hui always felt something was missing in her work. What she began to understand was that unless she could express her childhood experiences then she knew her work and life would remain shallow and meaningless.

After a very long recovery from her abusive childhood, which stole many years of her life Hui now dedicates her life to her art and music. Her journey is to tell the story of the child, who once was not heard
