Hi, hello! I'm Kristen Pfleger, the face behind the Huxley Design brand. I love all things illustration and design, and am presently immersed in the wide world of watercolour. The majority of my work centres around botanical elements, with some geometric and abstract designs sprinkled in for good measure! Nearly all of my designs begin as pen and ink before being digitized.

Travel is a major inspiration for my art. At the beginning of 2018, my husband and I embarked on a one-year trip around SE Asia. Bitten by the travel bug in a big way, we've decided to continue to exploring the globe for the foreseeable future. Talk about dream come true!

Fun fact about me: I'm terrified of mirrors in dark rooms (did someone say 'Bloody Mary'?)
