I have been passionate about surface design and color my entire life. This led to a long career creating and licensing my textile designs and illustrations for consumer products from greeting cards and gifts, home furnishings, nursery items, fashion and more. Having left city life in favor of beautiful Cape Cod, I am blessed to work in a beautiful She Shed created by my architect husband, with my black lab snorting at my feet. I am inspired by the seashore in my own back yard, by travel and the amazing people I meet along the way. My art is my interpretation of nature. My relationship with color is purely my own. I paint first digitize later. I think it is important to see the artist’s hand in artwork. I also think it is important that my artwork makes people smile!
