Jimi Albert is a photographer based in the Easton, PA, who's love of photography, art and the science of photographic processes, led him to alternative developing processes and ultimately cyanotype printing.
In his photographic work, he prides himself on the finished product. A culmination of developed style and personality born from countless years in traditional analog darkrooms and modern photo editing software.
His Cyanotype prints draw heavily upon nature, science, and spirituality. He often incorporates other elements into the prints such as watercolor, ink, pen, and materials used in creating the print itself.
Since August 2021, he has been translating his analog and digital work into NFT art on cryptocurrency blockchains. His NFT work was shown at this year's Ars Electronica Festival at the Plaxall Gallery in New York City. Initial and secondary sales of his NFTs on NFT Marketplaces such as, Known Origin, Opensea, Foundation, and Objkt have already begun.
