Just a small town girl that loves a good DIY project!! My journey with art all started about 6 years ago with creating these sidewalk chalk drawings. I would strategically place my kids to be part of the image. I loved creating them and the more I created them the more I enjoyed it. After realizing the sidewalk wasn't enough for my frequent drawings, I had my husband install a huge chalkboard wall in the kitchen. We aren't talking about your average chalkboard, we are talking floor to ceiling taking up an entire wall, mural drawing kind of chalkboard. My creations and learning various forms of art have only excelled from there. From then I started reading books and taking numerous online classes and tutorials on hand lettering. During the time researching and learning, I quickly fell in love with Alcohol Inks as an additional way to create beautiful pieces of art.
