John was given his first pack of crayons at the tender age of 1, ever since he has barely coloured outside the lines at all.

His art is inspired by little-known actors, comic books, old Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles and Bucky O'Hare cartoons and those really detailed spaceships off of Star Wars. Since graduating from University of Ulster in Visual Communication in 2008, he has been freelancing and exhibiting in Dublin City as well as being a member of the BLOCK T collective.
