Hi,

my name is Kate. I am from Czech Republic, Europe. I love sewing and card making. I started to craft after University studies when my son was born. At the beginning my the very first love were fabrics and toy sewing. Because my son is cardiac (already almost 100% healthy, but still need one surgery)I decided to work from home. With great support from my husband I opened small button and ribbon shop www.broucek.cz.

Soon I started to write tutorials about sewing toys and I become regular author of articles in Czech sewing magazine Švadlenka. On 2013 I had big success I become one of authors of the very first czech book about sewing toys (tutorials).

I wanted to try also something different so I started to play with paper. And it was my second crafting love. I bought Sizzix big shot and in few months also Silhouette Cameo cutting machine. I started to write tutorials for crafting with children for czech importer of french stamps Aladine. And from 2014 I was also part of team of czech importer of Silhouette cutting machines. Than I worked with many scrapbooking producers or shops. After all paper crafting I found iPad drawing and watercolors. My next big love. So here I am with my drawings. I was shy to share but I am now brave and I would like to share my artwork with you.

So that is all about me. I love my family, my two dogs – sharpeis and two shelter cats. I like travelling and eating.
