Alexander Kolodin is a teacher, set designer, director. Born in Siberia, has been living and working for over 40 years in the city of Pavlodar, Republic of Kazakhstan. The paintings of the artist Kolodin are well known to art lovers. They were exhibited at exhibitions in Germany, Russia, Kazakhstan, incl. at the Presidential Center for Culture, the Museum of Contemporary Art, the Center for Russian Science and Culture in Astana. Alexander Ivanovich Kolodin is a laureate of international and republican contests, awarded the State Prize "NUROTAN". His works are in private collections in the USA, China, Japan, Finland, Israel, Germany and Kazakhstan.
