L. D. Collingridge specialises in landscape art, Pop Art and nature photography which is influenced and inspired greatly by her love of music, in particular from the 60's, 70's, 90's and The Mod and Psychedelic scene's. Her landscapes are always inspired by the memories and music of the time, by the time of day and by the light and reflections against water and man made structures. She has a particular interest in sunsets, sunrises and twilight and the night. Her music Pop Art is inspired by her love of the musical artist/ band and the music itself. Sometimes she places the musician in to the landscape named after their song as it holds a particular poignant meaning at that time, memory and place.
