Hatched in Minnesota, Kristy Specht is a self-published illustrator/author with titles available on Amazon. She was originally a hairstylist and currently still works in the industry. She’s been an artist since the day she discovered writing utensils. Professionally, she has an AAS in Graphic Design and continues to hone her skills while finding several outlets to display her work. Her inspiration comes from our Creator, finding beauty from the ground and beyond. While she does a lot of work with digital painting, she continues working with traditional art methods and it almost always starts with a pencil and sketchbook.
