Hi, it's so lovely to meet you! My name is Louise and the creator of Fine Art Design Studio. I am an illustrator, designer, calligrapher and photographer. I have a passion for creativity and a love of art, architecture, typography and nature, my work reflects my passions and I'm constantly sketching, painting and designing. Combined with classic typography, botanical illustrations, calligraphy and clean vector designs. My work and photography can be found in a number of places as well as on my Society6 shop, my calligraphy and wedding stationery has also been featured in BRIDES, You&Your Wedding, VOGUE Japan, Bloved Blog, Strictly Weddings, Netflix & many more.

I am inspired by history, botanical drawings, nature, the arts, vintage typography and design and landmark buildings. I spend my days drawing, writing calligraphy, painting and designing on my computer. I live in Devon, UK and love to go to the beach and for long walks out in the fresh air. You will also often find me searching for unusual antiques that I love to use for photography or styling my stationery. When I was younger I spent a year living in Australia and travelled to Vietnam, Indonesia and Thailand. I have a desire to travel more, and to hopefully live abroad one day.

Most exciting experience: Working as a Divemaster on the Barrier Reef for 6 months.

My favourite things: My two daughters, a good cup of Earl Grey or a decent dry white wine, dancing just for the fun of it, fresh bread and pastries, finding a beautiful antique to add to my collection. I love small bowls - I don't know why, they just fit in your hand perfectly. I have too many!

If I could change one thing about myself, it would be: To go to bed earlier.
