Hi, I'm Ahlea! I'm marketer, calligraphy crafter, and explorer of all kinds. Map Maiden was born after my worlds and passions magically combined into this charming creative studio of mine. By day, I am a marketing manager at a big university in Boston and by night, I am a handlettering artist, crafter, and entrepreneur.

While I didn't grow up traveling all over the world, I was extremely lucky enough to explore my backyard and a few other beautiful places in the US. Since then, my wandering spirit has only grown stronger. I want to help capture the places and memories that mean the most to you and make that indescribable feeling of wander stick around long after you've come home.

My pieces range from art prints to pins to stationery to home goods. While each is a little different, all of them are rooted in spreading the feeling of wander whether you're at your desk, giving a housewarming gift to a dear friend, or celebrating a special milestone.
