Washington based artist, Marie Jamieson, began her exploration of art in the form of photography, poetry and prose. Writing and publishing 5 books of prose and poetry, categorized as Zen-based, and accompanied by her photography, she meshed the world of words with the natural environment. In 2010, Marie began to work in the medium of sculpting, not the traditional sort, but in sea glass, copper, and solder. Marie now enjoys creating in multi-media, incorporating photography, words, fabric, wood, plaster, colors and textures. Along with artist friends in a community art cooperative, she is inspired and amazed by endless possibilities! Here you will find a few offerings, for the love of art!
