My name is Matěj Čadil and I live in Prague, Czech Republic.

I love drawing fantasy illustrations, especially inspired by the works of J. R. R. Tolkien. Unlike many other illustrators I enjoy drawing landscapes and architecture. Beside fantasy illustrations I draw also various landscapes and historical buildings (after all, I live in the most beautiful city in the world;-) ). I’m constantly looking for new styles, mediums and techniques of traditional art.

Apart from drawing, I do also graphic design and web design, sometimes using my drawing skills even in these areas.
