A former division 1 soccer player at Syracuse University, Matthew started his photographic journey in the fall of 2012, after a broken foot sidelined him for 6 months. Starting with film photography on a Canon AE-1, he moved to digital in the summer of 2014. At the recommendation of many of his peers, he decided to pursue photography full time and hasn't looked back since.
