Hey there! My name is Tori and together with my rescue greyhound Miss Nancy we are the team behind Miss Nancy’s Day Off.

We love adventuring in our van on Miss Nancys many days off (she is retired from racing so she deserves some fun!) and making illustrations and drawings inspired by all the things we see and do.

My drawings often focus on animals and nature as that is what I love, and especially greyhounds! I love creating things with a colourful, positive vibe, perfect for cheering you up throughout the day.

My favourite thing: is Miss Nancy of course!

My greatest passion: is being vegan and spreading the word about compassion for all animals and amazing plant based cooking.

My greatest fear: is being to scared to take chances. You only live once!
