My brother nicknamed me Molly the pollywog when we were kids, and it morphed into Mollywogs, hence my business name. I have been painting and drawing since I was small, went to school for art and changed to education. I have the freedom to create from my heart and soul.

My style is somewhere between soulful luminous color and edgy modern rock and roll. :)

I design and create one of a kind oil, acrylic and watercolor paintings that have a vibrant luminosity and joyful color! In oil, I use a transparent brilliant underpainting, then finish with opaque details. In all work, it is fresh with lively brushstrokes. After it is dry, (including painting the sides so framing isn’t necessary) I use an appropriate lacquer to preserve and enhance the finished product. Watercolor paintings are modern and lively with a touch of whimsy and humor.
