I want to share my grandparent's and God's love and all the wonders of His creation through my art. My grandfather farmed in ugly west Texas, and my grandmother was a masterful gardener. She created the "Oasis in the Desert," as she so often called it. It was a huge, beautiful garden filled with life -- overgrown roses, massive trees, bids galore, cats, dogs, frogs. You name it, we had it. Both of them taught me to love nature and the creativity of God. I hope love shines through and brings you joy. --Shanda Aschenbeck
