Denise Sils' art journey has taken many turns; from pottery to tile painting, to fused glass, then pastels and oil painting of landscapes, then florals and abstracts. It's been an interesting journey...and a joyful time. Art to her is a never-ending wonderland with so many ideas and never enough time to do them all. Most of her art has been inspired by nature but more recently intuitive abstracts have captivated her interest because they allow her art to flow from within. Often she finds the source for the inspiration was a past experience that finds itself expressed in her art. She likes the surprise of not knowing where a painting is going...changing and evolving over time.
