For all intents and purposes, I paint in hot glass. :) Most of my images are created in cloisonne vitreous enamel. The finished glass pieces are then photographed, digitally touched up (mostly glare removal and color correction) and cropped for printing. The technique of glass enameling is thousands of years old and involves fusing colored glass and fine silver wire to a copper backing tile in the kiln at ~1400F. I'm happy to be able to use this ancient art to create contemporary images for you today.
