Vancouver based illustrator and designer Susan Strangway is known for charmingly whimsical fabrics, pillows, art prints, tea towels, shirts, duvet covers and other creations. A graduate of UBC Theatre Arts and Langara Graphic Arts, Strangway believes that Art is Life and Life is Art. The much celebrated, extraordinary decor elements of her own home and those of others add a great deal to the Arts Scene, in fact her unique home is her largest canvas to date. From an Angolan Family, Strangway’s heart is close to Africa and she draws inspiration for her Art from Africa’s beauty. Strangway is donating all proceeds to the Water is Life faction of the Obakki Foundation Charity whose mission is to save lives through providing water to communities in Africa.
