I chose the name "PhotoGraphics By S. Michael", because my work is not only composed of photographic images, but also involves the use of graphic techniques which are used to create composite images and original digital art.

In my mind's eye, "PhotoGraphics" IS the Synergy of Photography and Graphics, resulting in the Creation of Fine Art."

Art and Photography is a passion I have had for many years, maybe now you might even call it an obsession. For me it is a release from the tensions, trials, and tribulations of the real world. It is my "escape". A hobby at first, now finding myself later in years, I am trying to follow the dream, and I strive daily to turn that dream into a self-sustaining way of life... And along this journey, maybe I can share some "sunlight" with others ...

Through my art and photography it is my hope that I can bring added happiness, joy, or a needed "escape" into your world, as I share my world of Art with you.
