Paul Herda is based just outside the DC beltway, from where he travels to scenic spots, photographing: flowers, falls, birds, boats and light houses. His obsession is the perfect picture, so captivating that the viewer cannot look away. He is proud of his book, "Come Away with me to NCTC", which has a delightful picture on every page.
