BLUE TROPICAL PALM TREES Hand & Bath Towel

I like the tropical print designs and the colors I ordered very much. The fabric is okay too but the downside of these hand towels is their dimensions. They are too narrow for the customary trifold, too wide for no fold, and a single vertical fold does not show the design to best effect. The length is longer than standard but okay.

First, I did not receive 2 hand and bath towels (per my order) I only received 2 hand towels that I paid ALOT of money for. Second, they look like they have been sitting in a warehouse that rats have inhabited for years. They look old, worn and ragged. I would like to return my 2 useless, shoddy hand towels for a full refund. I honestly thought I would receive something beautiful from you, but instead I'd honestly feel guilty donating your hand towels to a thrift store or homeless shelter.
