I was expecting better.
The Sicily Wall Hanging arrived poorly made. Part of the illustration was cut off along the top. Customer service sent me a replacement promptly. Unfortunately, the replacement had the same problem. Again, customer service offered me another one or a store credit. I asked for a refund and received it promptly.
I know that none of us is perfect however, I don't see how this item was shipped to me twice without anyone first checking the quality of the item. I am reluctant to buy anything else because of this experience.
