Best Seller Pale Gray Solid Color Parable to Jolie Paints French Grey - Shade - Hue - Colour Floor Pillow

I ordered the pale grey solid which in some lighting appears lavender-grey. The plump, square cushion arrived in a torn package, so it was visibly dirty. Dry brushing did not remove the dirt. Due to this, I wish I had ordered black. (I was afraid black would show wear/fading.) The center stitch is uncentered causing the pillow to be lopsided. The thick fill is supportive, for now, and I cannot feel the ground below. Construction is not exceptional. Fabric quality is average. Customer service was quick to respond and helpful. Resolving my issue immediately. Hoping the replacement is a 4 or 5-star. (3-stars is based only on quality and comfort of said item vs damage/dirt and customer service. Customer service is 5-star.)
