Who cares? Wall Clock

I owned a "Who Cares?" clock for 20 years, and it somehow got lost in our recent move. So, I looked online for a replacement and came to this site. The sampling shown looked nice enough, and I liked the design plus the idea of supporting an independent artist, so I purchased it. My clock arrived in less than 10 days, and it works great. I love the smooth second hand (something my previous clock didn't have), and getting it working with the time setting was no trouble at all. The quality of the clock frame and the material are quite cheap, in all honesty. The paper backing with the artwork wasn't even attached to the flimsy cardboard piece where the clock mechanism was glued, and the inserts came out rather easily. I actually had to apply additional glue to the paper to get it to stick and not be uneven inside the clock frame. The wood for the frame is super lightweight. It appears to be made of pine or some sort of composite, but it's not very strong. Nevertheless, the clock works great, and it blends perfectly with my décor, so I'm very happy to have it. I only wish the quality had been a bit higher for the price I paid.
