Hello, My name is Renata and I am a self-taught textile designer and illustrator. My art is inspired by my daily life and dreams of what my daily life could be. As a mom of 3 boys, I am never at a loss for comedy and ridiculousness to use in my artwork. I am also influenced by different cultures and travel so I will bring those into my pieces whenever possible.

I have worked in the athletic apparel industry for all of my professional career and have always had a love for the design and construction side of the business but I was a data, spreadsheet person. I decided that although my love of data was true I wanted to be a designer. So I took some classes, watched some Youtube, and made the leap. My patterns are made with apparel and accessories in mind. Lots of colors and geometric shapes are what I am drawn to at the moment but I am continually exploring new mediums and motifs.

I hope that my art brings a bit of joy and a giggle every now and then. Enjoy!
