Emerging from West Michigan Ro K. has always had a passion for aesthetic compositions ranging from photography, fine architecture, interior design, landscapes and more commonly practiced, compositions on paper. Using a mixed variety of mediums such as pencil, colored pencil, water color, oil pastels, sharpies to even wine and coffee, Ro K. won’t claim to have a style or technique as it constantly evolves to accommodate whatever seems fun, or an interesting challenge.

“I just get ideas for interesting compositions, then try to figure out how to achieve that using whatever technique and medium I think I can apply the best to achieve the ideal outcome. Art is something I do for me. It’s a passion, escape and expression for me, of me”.

Though she’s had pieces make the art shows from Kindergarten through college, she believes her greatest achievement is finally having the confidence to take what she enjoys to the next level of making it available to the public.

“The greatest reward is being proud of something I do”.
