My name is Jess rose and I’m an Illustrator and Pattern Designer living in the wild West country, UK. I live with my two lovely pooches and my equally lovely husband, and am usually found covered in paint or checking out great dog walks (or more often than not, both).

I find inspiration everywhere, from country walks and old buildings, to tropical adventures and classical literature. I create designs that stir the imagination, and have a sprinkle of magic and wonder.

Secret superpower: I'm actually a time traveller and to stay incognito I sew my own historical clothing. My favourite era to wear when I want to feel fancy is 18th century a la Marie Antionette

Favourite animal: dog (german pointer / labrador after my 2 boys) or the Hyrax (google it - it looks like a giant guineapig and climbs like a squirrel)
