Hi! I grew up doodling and drawing in sketchbooks. I started painting on canvas as a hobby around the time of a college art elective class and have since improved from my own trial and error efforts. I like the bright colors and simplicity acrylic paint offers. I paint with a goal of uplifting the viewer, adding some beauty to the world, or to create something never before imagined, which could inspire more creativity. Lava rock jewelry with charms, beads, and wire-wrapped stones are also my jam. I grew up in Southeastern Ohio and have since traveled around the U.S. with seasonal jobs from hospitality management to my current career in forestry. I'm now settled in Staunton, Virginia, enjoying the hiking and skiing opportunities amongst the mountains. You'll notice themes based on my love of nature, surrealism, and visionary art.
