Hello, my name is Ryan Puderbach and I am a young artist from NorCal. My preferred medium is oil paint; I also love working with charcoal. My paintings emphasize highly textured surfaces, rich color, and movement. My drawings tend to be highly gestural. Energy is central to my style. I am inspired by artists such as Henri Matisse, Anselm Kiefer, and Vincent van Gogh. My goal is to evoke emotional intensity through my work.
