I studied art at Mississippi State University graduating with the intent of working as a Graphic Designer. My passion was always fine art though. I have been doodling on the edges of my school binders since elementary school days. I worked for a while in the advertising world but with the onset of Covid I quit my job. From that point on I’ve been creating art. For most of 2020 and 2021 I painted portraits for commission. I still love the human form and love the challenge of a large scale portrait. I have begun to explore other subject matters and mediums as well. Landscapes have always been a relaxing subject to paint. Without the constant concern of a tiny facial feature making the portrait a fail was a breath of fresh air. For the past several months I have been stumbling my way through the world of online art. With a facebook page and an instagram I have managed to gather a humble few hundred fans.
