I am Savannah Taylor, the owner and artist behind Savannah Taylor Studios. I grew up in Seattle, WA, as a singer and musician, but when I was 20 years old and realized I didn't want that to be my full-time gig, I turned to art and photography as my new focus while attending college at PLU. During my art career at PLU, I was exposed to many classes that challenged and inspired me. In addition to photography, I fell in love with ceramics and printmaking. I  graduated with my BFA in Photography in 2011.

I pursued my photography career and currently specialize in portrait and wedding photography in Hawaii. (www.savannahtaylorphotography.com) Just before relocating to Honolulu from Seattle, I was inspired by a friend of mine who began creating alcohol ink paintings. I had never seen anything like it, so I commissioned this gorgeous artwork from her and became OBSESSED with anything to do with this art form.  I began painting on my own and was INSTANTLY in love with the process. The colors, how they move and change, the vibrancy of the pigments, I found my new calling.

I want to share the beauty of this art form with you. I want to create something unique and special that speaks to you and gives you that feeling....I want it to soothe your heart and speak to your soul the way it has for mine.
