My name is Sean Ramsey and I'm the owner of Southern Plains Photography. I've been fascinated with nature since I was young, falling in love with the mountains and the open plains while traveling with my parents on family vacations. As I grew older my interest in weather grew and I couldn't get enough of the unique and incredible looking storms that you see here in Oklahoma each spring. In 2009 I picked up a camera and began my journey into photography to capture the incredible beauty I was witnessing, and in 2012 I opened for business selling art prints under Southern Plains Photography. Since then my portfolio and business has grown exponentially into a full time career and I've subsequently traveled the U.S. to photograph many different places and scenes.

Southern Plains Photography has been seen in National Geographic, CNN, ABC, CBS, NBC, The Weather Channel and a 2018 USPS stamp. Thousands of clients in all 50 states and 22 countries around the world have chosen my work to display in their homes and professional settings.
