I am an artist who loves exploring different languages and cultures, meeting new people and listening to their stories. I studied abroad in Viña del Mar, Chile in 2010, and the country and its people have had a special place in my heart ever since. The street art of Valparaíso made such an impression on me that I decided to incorporate Chilean muralism into my undergraduate Honors Thesis and become a muralist myself in 2011. Since then I have organized and participate in several painted and mosaic murals. The designs I create are in a variety of media, including but not limited to watercolor, acrylic paint, gouache, graphite, alcohol ink, and mosaic. I’m bilingual, fluent in Spanish, and so I sometimes like to incorporate Spanish into my designs.
I’m so grateful to those of you who are supporting me on this journey!
Thank you!
